Mantra of AP Politics - What is this "Social Justice" is all about?

If you are observing AP politics recently one word you wouldn't have missed is Social Justice (Samajika Nyayam).
What is this all about?
To say in political temrs it is BC Votes.
Why everybody utterring this?
This needs some explanation.
Total AP has around 9 crore population.
The break up of this as per sections (roughtly):
OC 27%, BC 50% and SC and ST (23%)
The SC and ST always get their share of political importance as they have reservation in Parliament and Assembly. While BCs has reservations in education and govt but they don't have in Parliament and Assembly.
So though they are the strong majority (half way) they are getting only 10 to 15% of seats in most of the parties.
Chiranjeevi coming into the pictue, the sole possilbe BC CM in state, all the parties are kind of worried about their BC votes. A possible shift on the section basis (this is not caste as there are 100 castes in BC and these section are half of AP - really cant call it is one section also).
So everybody started wooing them say CBN declared 100 (33%) seats for them and YSR said (plus one - 101).
Obviously you never know what they are thinking actually because they are in to all possible jobs /bussiness / agriculture etc and everybody has their own priorities.
One thing is certain that all eyes are on BCs.
